Transition in local and national news

A couple of articles worth a read:

• The Times 17/11/08 The Way We Live section  - Transition: gearing up for the great power-down looks at the transition movement in the UK and also internationally. Seems to give a good feel for where things are in this two year old approach. (Wish Rob Hopkins wasn't so rude about the hard work - taking action, raising awareness etc - by green groups over the last few decades though.)
• And locally Malvern Gazette's first coverage of the local group, Adapting for life in an oil-free future, is second most-read online news item as I type.
