Powick Action on Climate Emergency . This group was set up following the declaration of a Climate Emergency by Powick Parish Council in June 2019.
Hanley Carbon Neutral is a community led initiative to help the Worcestershire villages of Hanley Castle and Hanley Swan achieve carbon neutrality.
Castlemorton Environmental Action Group. Their aim is to provide support for a Transition to a Sustainable Castlemorton
Malvern Hills Community Land Trust. They are a voluntary, not for profit, organisation set up by local people to operate in the interests of the wider community and to seek solutions that truly meet the needs and aspirations of local people.
Colwall Greener is a group of people in the village of Colwall in Herefordshire who are interested in what they can do to help locally or individually to move towards a greener future for our country.
Colwall Orchard group which has a Village Garden offshoot, Allotment sharing and other initiatives.
Malvern Community Forest. Malvern Community Forest’s mission is to create and manage recreational and functional forest with a centre for the educational and environmental benefit of the community in the Malvern Chase.
The Malvern Green Space project is focused on sharing skills and resources, empowering and supporting people to take practical steps towards reducing their environmental impact. they aim to improve the quality of their lives, by working cooperatively and with generosity towards a shared goal. They currently host a range of workshops, activities and events designed to inspire us to become a strong, supportive and resilient community whilst helping Malvern reach its net zero targets. Malvern Green Space is part of a wider, national network of Climate Emergency Centres - community hubs “for the benefit of people and planet.”
The Herefordshire Green Network is a not for profit organisation that brings together local groups and individuals who are committed to a thriving Herefordshire and are working together to address the climate & ecological crises.
